Privacy

Last updated 7 September 2026.

This site turns a flat image into an editable file. To do that it has to send your image to services that read it. This page says which ones, what is kept, and for how long. There is no advertising and there are no tracking scripts.

Your image

  • The file you upload is stored so the recovery can run against it. It is deleted automatically seven days after upload, along with its database row.
  • It is never published, never shown to anyone else, and never used to train anything.
  • A copy of it also stays in your own browser (IndexedDB), so a refresh or a move between tools does not lose your work. Clearing site data removes it. That copy never leaves your machine.

Results are cached

What a model returns for an image is kept, keyed on the content of the request. That is what makes running the same image again free and instant. These cached results outlive the seven-day window and are not deleted on a schedule — they are the answer, not the upload. Ask us and we will remove yours.

Who else sees the image

Depending on which tool you use, the image is sent to one or more of these:

  • Volcengine Ark (ark.cn-beijing.volces.com) — redraws text, separates layers, rebuilds backgrounds.
  • MinerU (mineru.net) — reads the page layout and its text.
  • Roboflow (serverless.roboflow.com) — traces the outlines of icons, arrows and figures.
  • Zhipu GLM (open.bigmodel.cn) — describes a page when the layout parser cannot.

Each has its own terms and its own retention. We do not control what they keep.

What we record about you

  • No IP address is stored. The paid tools have a daily allowance, and to count it your address is salted and hashed on arrival; only the resulting digest is written, against a date and a number. It cannot be turned back into an address.
  • Those counters are deleted as they age out; nothing links them to an image.
  • One flag is kept in sessionStorage to tell a fresh visit from a reload, and it disappears when you close the tab.
  • No analytics and no advertising.

If you sign in

Signing in is optional — the tools work without it, within a daily limit.

  • Google tells us your account id, email address, name and profile picture. We store those, and nothing else about you. We never receive your password.
  • A cookie holds your account id and email, signed so it cannot be altered. It is not readable by scripts, lasts thirty days, and is used for nothing but knowing who you are. Signing out clears it.
  • We keep a record of every credit granted, bought and spent, so a balance can be explained and a refund can be worked out. Payments are handled by PayPal — we never see a card number.
  • Ask at the address below to have an account and its records deleted.

Asking for deletion

Uploads go on their own after seven days. For a cached result, or anything else, write to jiangriver66@gmail.com and say which image — it helps to send the same file.
