What the service does
It reconstructs an editable file from an image: a PowerPoint deck, a Draw.io diagram, layered artwork, or the same picture with different words on it. The result is a reconstruction, not a recovery of an original file, and it is produced by machine learning models, which are not exact.
Check every result before you use it.
What you may upload
- Only images you own or are allowed to modify.
- Nothing unlawful, and nothing designed to impersonate a person or an institution.
- Not identity documents, financial statements, certificates or anything else where an altered copy could be passed off as genuine. The text tool exists to change a date on a poster, not to forge a record.
Accounts that appear to be doing any of the above are cut off without notice.
Credits, payment and refunds
- The tools call paid models, so each run costs credits. What each one costs is on the pricing page, and is shown before you commit to a run.
- Credits bought as a pack are paid for once and do not expire.
- The monthly plan is a recurring charge. PayPal bills it every month on the day you started, at the price shown on the pricing page, until you cancel. The month’s credits are granted at the start of each billing period.
- Plan credits do not carry over. Whatever is left of a month’s allowance when the next one starts is gone. Credits you bought as a pack are separate and are not affected by this.
- Cancel any time, from the account page or from PayPal directly. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not end the period you have already paid for, and your plan credits stay usable until that period ends. We do not refund part of a month.
- If a payment fails, PayPal retries. After several failures the plan is suspended and its allowance stops until you fix the payment method or subscribe again.
- Credits are spent in one order: the credits you were given on signing up, then the current month’s plan allowance, then anything bought. Bought credits go last because they are the only ones that never expire.
- Every run is charged, including running the same image again as a new upload. A finished result stays reachable from your account page for 24 hours and reopens without charge; anything beyond that — a new upload, another edit round — calls the models afresh, and because these models are not deterministic, the same image can come back slightly differently each time.
- If a tool fails, or a result is unusable because of a fault on our side, write to us and we will refund the credits or the payment. A refunded payment returns its credits automatically.
- Credits already spent on results you kept are not refundable — each has been paid to a model on your behalf and cannot be recovered.
Running a tool needs an account. There is also a daily total for the site as a whole. Reaching it returns a clear message rather than a failure. Automated or bulk use is not permitted.
Your work
You keep every right you had in the image you upload, and whatever rights the law gives you in what comes back. We claim nothing in either. See the privacy page for what is stored and for how long.
No warranty
The service is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. It depends on third parties that can change or stop. It may be unavailable, and a result may be wrong. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from using it.
